Now that I’m meal planning, I’ve been spending some time going through my old recipes and online reviews trying to find good ones that somehow got forgotten over time. This dessert is a healthier alternative to ice cream that doesn’t require a ice cream machine. It’s a recipe I discovered last winter while I was eating a raw food diet.
1 1/2 bananas, frozen
1 TBSP peanut butter
1 TBSP honey
1 tsp vanilla
1 dash salt
Requires preparation! Make sure to freeze the peeled bananas ahead of time!
Add all ingredients to blender and process until smooth. Pour into bowl and put in freezer to set (about 15 minutes works).
