Roasted Potatoes and Asparagus

This is the first recipe I’ve tried from one of the facebook social apps, Foodily. The original source is the blog Cinnamon Girl Recipes. It’s a combination I wouldn’t have thought of, but they went really well together.

Roasted Potatoes and Asparagus

1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1 inch pieces
1-2 pounds of potatoes, chopped
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
sea salt and pepper
Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees and toss everything together. Roast in greased pan at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
