Egg Drop Soup

THis is the Egg Drop Soup recipe from The Nourishing Gourmet’s book: Ladled: Nourishing Soups for All Seasons. I added a bit of crumbled Nori and dried shiitake mushrooms to mine, cuz…yum! She’s got this and a few other recipes from the book posted here to tempt you:

    Lynn – is egg drop hard to do? I mean, the actual dropping of the egg???

      Mine didn’t come out in nice pretty ribbons like you’d see in a restaurant, but little stringy ones taste the same 😀
