Do you make eggs for snacks? This week I boiled up a dozen for high protein snacks served either plain or deviled.
6 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and cut lengthwise
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 tsp dry ground mustard
1/2 tsp vinegar
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Paprika for garnish
Pop out the egg yolks and mash with a fork. Add mayonnaise, mustard powder, vinegar, salt and pepper and mix thoroughly. Fill the empty egg white shells with the mixture and sprinkle lightly with paprika.
