Pan Seared Scallops in a Butter Sauce served over Saffron Rice

I keep reading that I’m supposed to be adding whole seafoods to my diet, which will be one of the hard changes for me. I’m such a picky eater! I decided to start with scallops (these are little bay scallops) as they looked the least scary grin emoticon This is Pan Seared Scallops in a Butter Sauce served over Saffron Rice.

I mostly followed this recipe, with some omissions.
