There’s a bit of a fad centered around a variety of drinks all referred to as green monster smoothies. They are purported to affect weight loss, complexion, and energy. Coconut milk is a laxative, which may account for part of that 😀
1/2 can coconut milk (about 3/4 cup)
1/2 cup nonfat yogurt
1 frozen banana
2-4 cups spinach
1/2 cup ice
1/2 cup blueberries (optional)
Add all ingredients to blender and process until smooth.
