Tomato Basil Soup

Tomato Basil Soup

2 cups diced tomatoes (I used an orange oxheart, which is why it’s not red)
2 cups bone broth
6 basil leaves
1/2 cup cream
4 TBSP butter
salt and pepper to taste

Simmer tomatoes and broth for 30 minutes. Add basil leaves and puree. Add cream, butter, and seasonings and heat through.
