Chicken Noodle Soup

Fresh sprouts, cranberry water kefir, crockpot roasted chicken, freshly made bone broth, and homemade soaked noodles.  Pretty proud of the work put into this meal!

Chicken Noodle Soup

1/4 cup coconut oil
1 onion, chopped
3 carrots, chopped
3 celery stalks, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 quarts chicken stock
1.5 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 TBSP herbs de provence
1/4 tsp cayenne powder
sea salt/pepper to taste
4 cups cooked pasta

In a large pot, saute onions, carrots, and celery in coconut oil until tender. Add garlic and cook 1 more minute. Add stock, chicken, and seasoning and bring to a boil. Season to taste and serve over pasta.
