White Chicken Chili

4 cups white beans, soaked and cooked
4 cups bone broth
1 TBSP coconut oill
1 onion, diced
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced
2 poblano peppers, seeded and diced
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 TBSP ground cumin
1 1/2 tsp ground coriander
1 teaspoon chili powder
Sea salt
1 rotisserie chicken, skin removed and shredded (about 4 cups)
3/4 cup corn
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1 TBSP fresh lime juice

Blend half of the beans with 1 cup broth and set aside. Saute onion and peppers in coconut oil until tender. Add galic and cook for a minute more. Add cumin, coriander, and chili powder and cook for a minute more. Add broth, bean mixture, and salt and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered for 20 minutes. Add chicken, beans, corn, cilantro, and lime juice. Return to a simmer and cook until heated through.
