2 lbs ground beef
1 pint (or 14oz can) diced tomatoes with juice
1 cup (or 7 oz can) mild green chilis, diced
1 onion, diced
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tsp each ground cumin, chili powder, paprika
1 1/2 tsp each sea salt, garlic powder
Place all ingredients in a slow cooker for 2-4 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low. Check several times to break up meat and stir. Drain fat and serve.
