Fruit and Mint Salad

on

1 mango, peeled and diced
1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
1 banana, sliced
1-2 cups berries of your choice (mine are blackberries and raspberries)
optional oranges and kiwi
3-5 sprigs fresh mint, chopped
3 TBSP honey

Add all prepared fruit to a large bowl and gently toss with mint and honey. Chill before serving.
